Is My Company Eligible?

male worker with precision toolsManufacturers of all sizes—including sole proprietors, corporations, partnerships, and eligible non-profits—are encouraged to apply. The application process provides real-time eligibility verification, letting you know right away if your company meets program requirements!

To carry the Made in California label, products must be “Substantially Made in California” meaning completing an act that adds at least 51 percent of a final product’s wholesale value by manufacture, assembly, fabrication, or production to create a final, recognizable product. Please note: “Substantially Made in California” does not include the act of packaging a product.
