Department of General Services (DGS)
The DGS Office of Small Business and DVBE Services offers resources to assist certified small businesses and disabled veteran business enterprises with the state contracting process. OSDS is the state’s certifying agency that administers the small business, small business for the purpose of public works, and DVBE certification programs.
California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC)
California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC). We empower California through access to safe, clean, and affordable utility services and infrastructure. The CPUC is also responsible for regulating Electric Power Procurement and Generation.
